The products sold on Pinar Express are all 100% original, purchased directly from the brands, licensees or official distributors.
How can I make a return request?
We are committed to your fullest satisfaction. Please, all items returned to us must be in their original condition, ie not worn, altered, or washed, with all tags affixed. You can make a return request within 7 days of receiving the goods by following these instructions:

You must contact us before returning the items. How should I prepare the package with my return?
Place the product in its original packaging (both the manufacturer’s packaging and the packaging the item(s) arrived in, remove any old shipping labels, place the print-out of the return authorization that you received via email inside the package.

Should you receive a faulty product or not the product you ordered, open a return request, email us/ call us before. We will give you instructions on how to proceed within the next business day following your request.

The return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. Pinar Express is responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products.
